LORNA CREARY: made a telephone call on Saturday

A 40-year-old woman has been missing from her home in Chatham for a week and police are becoming concerned for her welfare.

Lorna Patricia Creary has not been seen since the afternoon of Monday January 31 when she was seen in Slade Close, Chatham. She made a telephone call on Saturday, but has made no other contact.

Medway Police are appealing for information as to her whereabouts and would like to speak to her.

A police spokesman said: "Lorna was last seen at about 2.30pm in Slade Close. She is 5ft 6in and of medium build with shoulder length black hair that she usually wears tied back. She may be using another name.

"We would ask Lorna or anyone who knows of her whereabouts to contact us on Medway's Missing Person's Helpline on 01634 884203."
