Concerns grow over missing Herne Bay man

Concerns are growing for the welfare of a Herne Bay man, missing since last Thursday.

Andrew Wiles, 37, from Cornwall Road, was last seen at his home by his mother at 2pm. By the time his step-father returned at 10pm, he had gone.

No one has seen or heard from him since and he also missed his sister's wedding last Friday.

Andrew, who lives a reclusive life and has recently been feeling down, is 5ft 10ins tall.

When he was last seen, he was wearing a plain white T-shirt, black tracksuit trousers with white stripes down the sides and black and white trainers. It is believed he may have taken a charcoal-grey cardigan and white T-shirt with black around the collar with him.

Anyone who sees Mr Wiles is asked to contact Canterbury Police Station on 01227 762055.
