KENT Fire and Rescue Service are on standby during today's emergency in London.

A spokeswoman said: "Our urban search and rescue team are on standby. They are gathered from all over the county.

"They have all been asked to meet at headquarters so if they are called then the team is all together and can just go. We haven’t been asked yet."
