The man at first ran past her, then stopped and walked back towards her, indecently exposing himself.

It happened at about 6.20am on Tuesday, April 3 on a footpath between Park Farm Road and Radnor Park Road in Folkestone.

PC Elena Tyler said: "The woman does not believe there was anyone else around as it was early morning.

"But we want to ensure that there have been no other incidents of indecent exposure that perhaps women have not reported to police.
