Death crash rider leaves two children

A MOTORCYCLIST who died when his bike crashed at Luton Arches, Chatham, a week ago has been named as father-of-two Charles Collins.

Mr Collins, 43, was riding home to Windsor Road, Gillingham, from nightshift work in Snodland on his black 750 Kawasaki Spectre bike when he crashed into a roadsign on the approach to a roundabout.

He had worked for Wincanton, a Tesco delivery contractor, for 13 years. It is believed Mr Collins died instantly from multiple injuries. Witnesses to the accident should ring 01634 884252.
