SINCE she was a little girl Adele Nicholls has always felt at home in front of the cameras.

Now the stunning 22-year-old from the Twydall area of Gillingham could see her dreams come true as she competes in the final of the Daily Star’s Search for a Babe competition.

Factory worker Adele, known affectionately to her friends as Dizzy Del, only entered the beauty competition for a bit of fun.

But she was stunned when she received a call saying she had reached the final three.

“I’m very surprised that I have got as far as this because I really didn’t expect it,” she said. “I have always enjoyed being photographed and since I was a young girl I’ve always told people that I’m going to be famous.

“And that’s what I want to be. I want to be a model and if I win this competition that’s what I’ll do with the Daily Star. But even if I don’t win I’m just going to keep trying.”

Her mother Julie said: “We’re all so proud of her and we hope she reaches the top because that’s what she’s always wanted.”
