A WOMAN was shot in the leg with an air gun pellet when she was out walking her dogs.

The 33-year-old was walking in Knockhall Park, Greenhithe, when she noticed a group of four teenagers stood by the changing rooms that appeared to be shooting air rifles into the woods.

As she walked across the park she felt a pain in her knee and realised she had been shot.

She was taken to hospital where she was treated for a cut to her knee.
