FA Cup trip for Town

ASHFORD Town Football Club have a great chance to making the next round of the FA Cup sponsored by e.on when they travel to fellow Ryman League Division 1 South side Kingstonian on Sunday.

Although the London side have started well in the league this season Ashford have had good results against Kingstonian.

Manager Steve Lovell said: "Sunday's game will be totally different to the league. We are the two top scoring sides in the division, which problem means the game has 0-0 written all over it.

"They have had a couple of good wins so far this year and I know their manager of old. He (Alan Dowson) always produces a good, organised side. But if we can produce a performance like the one against Leatherhead on Tuesday, we'll have a great chance of getting through.

Lovell has no new injury worries ahead of the tie, with the reward for victory being a place in the second round qualifying and a potential prize fund of £4,500.
