A missing Ashford pensioner has turned up - in Ireland.

Derek Harriott, 71, left his home in Willesborough last Tuesday around 10.30am.

But he has now spoken to police after turning up in Ireland.

Relatives were desperate to alert him to a severe illness in the family.
