DETECTIVES have arrested two people in connection with the murder in Rochester of Marco Schiroli on New Year's Eve.

Mr Schiroli, 29, died of multiple stab wounds after being attacked outside The Vineyard public house in the city's Maidstone Road.

The two men were arrested yesterday and were later released on police bail. A team of about 40 officers is working on the case.
