Former royal aide Jane Andrews not charged with absconding

A former royal aide who was jailed for stabbing her boyfriend to death is not going to face charges for absconding from an open prison.
Jane Andrews triggered a large-scale search after she walked out of East
Sutton Park open prison in Maidstone last November.
The former dresser to the Duchess of York was found at a Premier Inn hotel a few miles away.
In 2001 she killed businessman Tom Cressman at their home in London.
