Four people have been bailed during a murder inquiry after a man was found dead in a garden.

The 34-year-old's body was discovered at St Teresa's Close, Ashford, just after midnight on Tuesday.

South Kent Police today said the four had been bailed pending further enquiries.

A post mortem examination was carried out on the victim's body yesterday but police spokesman Rosy Alexander said: "The findings of the Home Office post mortem will not be conclusive until the results of forensic testing are known."
