Dennis Oli and Stanley Aborah both continued their comeback from injury as Gillingham reserves lost 3-2 at Leyton Orient on Tuesday.

Oli played the first half and was replaced by Aborah (pictured) at half-time with French trialist Bruce Inkango also given another game to impress Andy Hessenthaler after playing in the 3-0 win over Brentford last week.

Kevin Maher, Nicky Southall and Luke Rooney were among those who played for the full 90 minutes.

Orient took the lead on the stroke of half-time when David Hutton's corner was diverted into his own net by James Brown.

But the Gills levelled three minutes into the second half when Aborah made an immediate impact, setting up Stefan Payne to score.

The hosts regained the lead before the hour mark when former Cray Wanderers youngster George Porter found Ryan Jarvis to finish past keeper Daren Hawkes.

Inkango made a good impression on Gills reserve boss Darren Hare when he equalised in the 68th minute after neat work by Payne, Brown and Aborah.

But Orient made it 3-2 with 15 minutes left when David Hutton's free-kick was headed in by Mike Cestor.
