Gillingham chairman Paul Scally is making the players watch a DVD of the last time the club was promoted from the bottom tier of English league football.

The Gills start their League 2 campaign at Bournemouth on Saturday after being relegated last season - and Mr Scally wants to inspire his players ahead of the big kick off.
