Hunt for post office robbers

STAFF at village post office were forced to hand over cash after they were threatened by a robber.

The man entered the the Post Office in Hill Green Road, Stockbury, near Maidstone, just before 11am yesterday. He ran out of the shop to a red Vauxhall with black skirting, which was parked in a residential car park over the road.

Another man was waiting in the car and the pair then drove off. The robber was white, about 6ft tall, of medium build and wearing a beige baseball cap.
