A MAN was arrested after an attack seen on CCTV. But police are still looking for the victim.

Cameras overlooking the Abbey National cashpoint in Chatham High Street showed a man being set upon as he drew money from a cash machine at around 10.15pm on Friday.

Det Insp Nigel Shambler said: "There's blood at the scene, which makes us believe the man was injured."

The victim was black, about 5ft 10in, in his mid-20s and with short hair. His attacker was a white man of similar height in his early 20s.

Police are appealing for witnesses. They are keen to speak to one man who drove past as the men fought and a second man wearing a light-coloured top. Anyone with any information on the fight or the injured man should call 01634 884071.
