Two classes at Gordon Infant School, Strood have been sent home today because of heating problems.

The breakdown is unlikely to be fixed by tomorrow so parents with children in Husky and Penguin classes are asked to to make alternative care arrangements.

The end-of-term Christmas fayre and carol service is still expected to go ahead from 3pm.
