A YOUNG girl was the victim of indecent exposure in an alleyway between Broadstairs Road and Vale Road, Broadstairs.

The 13-year-old was walking through the alley at 4.45pm on Wednesday when an unshaven man with a gruff voice asked her to keep watch while he urinated. He then turned round to her and was indecently exposed.

He is described as aged between 47-48, 5ft 9ins tall, of slim build, with short, dark hair flecked with grey, and with a tanned complexion as if he had been working outdoors.

He smelled of alcohol and had a tattoo on his right arm.He wore jeans and a light blue t-shirt.
