POLICE are searching for a young man who indecently exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl on Royal Parade on Ramsgate seafront.

The girl was on the beach with friends when the man walked past. He was about 30ft away when he unzipped his trousers and exposed himself.

The girl got up and walked away. Her mother arrived and followed the man but lost sight of him in Madeira Walk which leads from the seafront to the town’s East Cliff area.

Police are checking CCTV footage to identify the man but want to hear from anyone who may have seen him between 1pm and 1.30pm on Monday when the incident happened.
