A COLLISION between a car and a motorcycle caused chaos on the M2 this morning. No-one is believed to have sustained life-threatening injuries but Kent Air Ambulance was called to the scene.

Police closed part of the coastbound carriageway just before junction four at Gillingham while they dealt with the accident.

Both carriageways of the motorway were shut while the air ambulance took off.
