The Brands Hatch Kart Circuit has new operators – Medway’s Buckmore Park Karting.

The circuit, which is a mini replica of the full size Brands Hatch Indy configuration, is opposite Paddock Hill Bend. The track is 280 metres long and already proves a popular attraction for race-goers and corporate guests.

"This is an exciting new development. We wish to expand the karting activities available to include karting for all ages between eight and 80," said Buckmore boss Bill Sisley.

"We have purchased a new fleet of British-built Biz karts which will be ideal for both arrive’n’drive and corporate use."

Jonathan Palmer, chief executive of MotorSport Vision – owners of Brands Hatch – added: "At MSV we have always encouraged youngsters to get involved in motorsport, and this initiative ties in perfectly with that commitment.

"Bill has done an incredible job making Buckmore Park one of the finest kart facilities in the UK, and we are delighted that he will also be operating the mini Brands Hatch Kart Circuit."

The mini kart track will be open every weekend in line with the Brands Hatch race event calendar.
