Kent to face Somerset in Twenty20 Cup semi-final

Kent Spitfires will play Somerset Sabres in the semi-finals of the Twenty20 Cup on Saturday, August 15.

Sabres beat Lancashire Lightning in an indoor bowl-out at Old Trafford on Thursday after their quarter-final was washed out.

The other semi-final at Edgbaston sees Northants or Hampshire play Sussex. The final will start under floodlights at 7.30pm.

Kent have reported brisk ticket sales for finals day after they went on sale on Wednesday.

The Spitfires have been allocated 1,400 tickets for the day. They are priced at £60 for adults and £20 for juniors.
