Hillreed Homes believes residents at Kings Hill, near West Malling, should be "enormously proud" of a recent nationwide report on new villages.
Jo Richards, marketing manager at Hillreed Homes, said a report on "non-urban new villages" by market intelligence provider CB Richard Ellis proved that Kings Hill was an "exceptional" place to live.
The report gave Kings Hill the highest overall score, beating even Prince Charles' highly acclaimed Poundbury village in Dorset.
The report assessed community and commercial amenities, architectural design, open spaces, transport links and community spirit.
Jo said: "This is something that all residents of Kings Hill should be enormously proud of. Kings Hill is exceptional and is still growing. Throughout, it has kept its identity, style, community feel and overall welcoming approach."
Hillreed Homes was one of the first to build at Kings Hill and is now on its ninth site.
l Hillreed Homes currently has properties at Kings Hill, including two-bedroom show apartments at £184,950, and £599,950 secures a house with a Kentish roundel. For more information call 01732 847500.
