Maidstone United's FA Trophy tie against Histon the latest match to be hit by the weather

Maidstone United’s long-awaited FA Trophy first round tie against Histon is the latest midweek game to be postponed.

The game was scheduled for Tuesday night, but the Homelands pitch is frozen and covered in snow. A new date for the match is yet to be announced.

Dover’s trip to Fleetwod Town in the second round is still on after special defrosting equipment was used on the home side’s pitch.

VCD home match against Harlow in the Ryman League Division 1 North is also off as is the Kent Cup second round tie between Bromley and Sittingbourne along with Beckenham’s London Senior Cup match against Harrow.

Ashford’s home game against Chipstead in the Ryman League Division 1 South on Wednesday night has already been postponed.

Numerous games involving Kent sides scheduled for Tuesday night were postponed on Monday morning.
