Making it easier if you're buying for the first time

With hanging tiles and plenty of trees, Liberty Park in Wainscott is scoring points with buyers looking for an attractive setting.

First time buyers of the one and two-bedroom flats or two-bedroom Farleigh houses can choose to benefit from either a mortgage subsidy, 5% deposit paid or can buy through the government-backed FirstBuy scheme.

Annette Cole, of Crest Nicholson Eastern, said: "First-time buyers are finding it difficult to get on to the property ladder and we have always offered a range of schemes designed to help struggling buyers.

"They have been highly popular at all our sites in Kent and have enabled many buyers to own a home when they would otherwise have been unable to."

Prices for one-bedroom flats at Liberty Park are priced from £122,500, two-bedroom flats from £133,500 and two-bedroom houses from £147,500. Three and four-bedroom homes are also available.
