DETECTIVES are appealing for information and witnesses following a drive-by shooting.

Police were called at about 10pm on Thursday night after a 38-year-old man was shot at an address in Mill Place, Crayford.

The victim is believed to have been outside the address when a car approached and someone inside the car fired several shots, hitting the victim and some parked cars. The car then drove off.

The victim was taken to a hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

Police are keeping an open mind on a possible motive. Anyone with information should contact the Trafalgar Shootings Team on 020 8217 7377 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
