A 58-year-old man appeared at Thanet Magistrates' Court at Margate today charged with the murder of a man of 21.

David Bulleid, of Royal Esplanade, Westgate, was arrested on Friday, the day victim’s body was discovered in the garden of a residential property in the town.

Mr Bulleid is accused of killing James Siddall who was found dead by an ambulance personal.

The magistrates remanded Mr Bullied in custody and transferred the case to Maidstone Crown Court where he will appear for a plea and directions hearing next Monday (February 23).
