Thamesmead consolidated second place in the Ryman League Division 1 North with a 2-1 victory over Concord Rangers at Bayliss Avenue on Tuesday night.

Concord took the lead on the stroke of full-time when Dave Collins' corner was met by Steve King who headed the ball home.

The home side equalised with 20 minutes left when James Campbell nodded the ball down to Lee Dawson who drove the ball home.
