Tonbridge Angels’ Ryman Premier League title push is gathering momentum after coming from behind to dispatch Concord Rangers at Longmead last night.

Tommy Warrilow’s side took the lead through Ben Judge but soon found themselves trailing 2-1 following a brace from Concord’s Harry Elmes.

However, a strike from Ade Olorunda after the break followed by Lee Browning’s effort 12 minutes from time secured a 3-2 win, which moves Angels into second spot in the table.

Maidstone United’s winless run stands at seven games following a 1-0 defeat at Billericay Town.

Andy Ford’s Stones looked set to secure a point only for a last minute Cedric Ngakam goal to gift Billericay the three points.

First half goals from Tom Bradbrook, Laurence Ball and Craig Cloke proved enough to seal a 3-1 victory for Margate at Carshalton Athletic, while Cray Wanderers returned to form following a convincing 4-0 win aganist Horsham. Tony Dolby struck twice alongside strikes from Leigh Bremner and Danny Phillips.

In Division 1 North, Thamesmead Town remain deep in the mid-table battle after a 2-0 defeat at Great Wakering Rovers.

Sittingbourne bounced back from last Saturday’s 4-0 loss against Whitehawk with what could prove to be a valubale 1-0 win against Corinthian Casuals in Division 1 South. Nick Reeves scored the only goal of the game for the Brickies.

A Warren Schulz effort was enough to pick up a credittable 1-1 draw for Ramsgate at leaders Bognor Regis Town, but Chatham Town suffered a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Worthing. Gary Ward scored the Chats’ consolation goal.
