POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a man who has not been seen or heard from since he left his home yesterday afternoon.

The disappearance of 47-year-old Vincent Marsh, from South Eastern Road, Ramsgate, is out of character and he has serious medical conditions.

Mr Marsh is white, about 5ft 9in tall, with grey, cropped hair, and has a gold earring in his left ear.

He was last seen wearing a navy blue jacket with a red line on it and driving a dark blue Renault Kangoo, registration GN51 LNU.

Officers would like to hear from anybody that has seen or knows the whereabouts of Mr Marsh or his vehicle.
