Bellway has launched a development of three, four and five-bedroom homes at Loose, near Maidstone.

The new show home at Barcham Green, the Becket house type, has a large living dining area, a separate living room and study area, plus a utility room.

The second floor has five bedrooms. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have an en suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom and a double garage.

Prices on the site start at £260,000, but the price for the show home is not yet confirmed.

Customers reserving a new home will be offered £500 towards the cost of a survey, £500 towards solicitors' fees and a £1,000 discount when they spend more than £3,000 on upgrading the specification of their home. Bellway will pay customers' removal costs.
