An illegal worker has been caught working in a Faversham restaurant.

UK border agency officers arrested the man at the Spice Lounge, Preston Street, on Friday.

The 25-year-old man was found to have no legal right to work after failing to leave the UK when his visa expired.

The Bangladeshi man was arrested and remains in detention while the Border Agency takes steps to remove him from the country.
