The Mill Darenth - Fairview New Homes

Fairview New Homes has recently launched a new phase of one- and two-bedroom riverside apartments overlooking the River Darenth.

The homes are on the site of the landmark Horton Kirby Paper Mill, with original cobbled streets running through the development.

Along with the apartments, there are now only a handful of three- and four-bedroom houses left to buy on the development. The houses are priced from £289,995.

Fairview New Homes is also giving buyers at The Mill the chance to save money in March by offering a further month's break from stamp duty.

Fairview's Jim Holliday said: "The UK's stamp duty holiday ended on December 31, 2009, but this new year gift means that you can save up to £1,750 on homes at The Mill valued up to £175,000 - a welcome saving at any time of the year."

Prices for a one-bedroom apartment at The Mill start from £149,995.

For further information on The Mill - just five minutes from Bluewater - call the marketing suite on 01322 869300, open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm, go to www.fairview.co.uk or text South Darenth to 67007.
