Police appeal for witnesses after attack

POLICE are hunting for witnesses after a man was found lying in the road having been assaulted.

Maidstone and Malling Police were called to Station Road in Aylesford on Sunday, March 21 by Kent Ambulance Service, who were alerted by members of the public.

The man was taken to Maidstone Hospital to be treated for injuries to his face and teeth.

The assault took place between 12.15am and 12.27am. Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident.
