Police carryout road checks one week on from Ditton murder

Kent Police are renewing their appeal for information a week on from the murder of a man in Ditton.

Danny King was shot four times in his home in Medina Road just after 3am last Friday.

Officers carried out road checks in the area last night and the early hours of this morning to appeal for information about the murder.

Detectives say they are keeping an open mind as to the motive behind Danny's murder, and ask people contact the incident room if they saw anything or anyone acting suspiciously in Medina Road or New Road area on the evening of Thursday October 16 and the early hours of Friday October 17.

Police also want to hear from anyone who may have information they consider unimportant but which could prove vital to the investigation.
