Police seek woman in fatal crash inquiry

Famale witness police would like to speak to

A female witness is being sought by police officers investigating a fatal car accident.

Police would like to speak to the woman captured in the above CCTV image about the accident on Thursday, July 9, at Longfield Road in Tunbridge Wells.

The collision involved a Ford Ka and a Jeep Cherokee. The passenger in the Ka, 19 year old Hollie McKie suffered fatal injuries.

The investigation being carried out by Kent Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit have established that the woman was standing at the junction near where the collision occurred.

She was crossing from the direction of Big Yellow Self Storage towards B&Q/Toys R Us.

Officers would like to speak to the woman as she may have witnessed the incident and therefore may have information that would be of assistance to the investigation.

She is white, with short, dark hair and at the time was wearing a light coloured top.
