A driver who crashed a Porsche on the M25 in Kent carried on driving until he was eventually stopped by police in Surrey.

The motorist told officers at Surrey Police, who stopped him at Cobham, he thought it would be okay to carry on with his journey with his car in this condition.

Officers breathalysed the driver and while it came back with a positive result, he was under the legal drink-drive limit.

The vehicle has now been taken off the road and the driver has been reported for driving a vehicle in a dangerous condition.
