A Maidstone hotel will be without power this Sunday because of maintenance work to the power grid.

EDF Energy Networks said the Marriott Tudor Park Hotel and Country Club at Bearsted would be without elecrticity from 10am to 5pm.

Spokesman James Barber said: "We apologise for any inconvenience this work causes to hotel staff and customers, but hope they will understand that the project is being undertaken for the long-term benefit of the area."
