Rush hour trains have been delayed as fire crews fight a blaze at a level crossing near Faversham.

Ten to 15 square feet of timber has gone up in flames beside and between the tracks at Syndale Foot Crossing on the Western Link Road, the B2045.

It is causing disruption to rail services as the power to the rails has had to be shut off while the blaze is dealt with.
