Schoolboy injured in Tonbridge hit-and-run

A teenage boy has suffered a broken arm this afternoon in a hit-and-run.

The 15-year-old was struck by a car in Quarry Hill, Tonbridge, shortly after 3pm.

The driver of a Vauxhall Corsa is said to have collided with the pedestrian before driving off.

It happened close to the roundabout by the Shell garage.

The boy was taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital, in Pembury, to be treated for a broken arm.

Kent Police is appealing for any witnesses to phone 101 or Kent Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
