The property market, like the weather, is warming up.

A new shared equity offer from Antler should come as welcome news for first-time buyers looking for an apartment in Maidstone.

Tim Foreman, of Antler, explained: "Most mortgage lenders ask buyers for a 15-20 per cent deposit but, with our shared equity scheme, buyers need a smaller lump sum to buy their first home.

"We have launched this shared equity at Bishops Field because this development is ideal for first time buyers who want a unique new home that has a stunning kitchen (with fitted white goods), carpets, fitted wardrobes and five star hotel quality bathrooms.

"The apartments are unique in Maidstone for size, quality, finish and affordability."

There are two-bedroom apartments available at Bishops Field, priced from £139,950, ready to move into straight away. These apartments have two beautiful bathrooms, a fitted kitchen and a spacious living/dining room with large windows.

The shared equity scheme is designed specifically only for first-time buyers. More details from Connells, Maidstone, on 01622 751034.
