MOTORSPORT ace Chris Etheridge marked his final ride before retirement by winning the national sidecar championship at Halstead, Essex. It was his 10th title success in the last 11 years.

Etheridge, 35, from Staplehurst, near Maidstone, and John Chambers, from Essex, won by 30 points.
