Berkeley is opening a new show home to mark the launch of the new River View Apartments at Kingsbrook Park, Canterbury.

Each apartment has been designed to maximise space and light, creating practical yet comfortable living accommodation, and is finished to an exceptional standard.

The contemporary kitchens are individually designed and have integrated Bosch appliances including a dishwasher and fridge.

The bathrooms are by Villeroy and Boch and luxury features include heated towel rails.

On the banks of the River Stour and in the heart of Canterbury, Kingsbrook Park is a 10-minute walk from Canterbury West train station, which offers frequent high-speed services to London’s St Pancras station.

The Kingsbrook Park development is complemented by landscaping and parkland, and many of the apartments here have views of Canterbury Cathedral. The city centre, with shops and the newly built state-of-the-art Marlowe Theatre, is a short walk away.

The show home and the collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments launch on Saturday, February 25. Prices start at £169,950.
