Teen charged with attempted murder after Broadstairs stabbing

A young woman has been remanded in custody accused of attempted murder after a stabbing.
Jade Kirsty Bennett, of Addiscombe Gardens, Margate, was charged on Wednesday night.
The 18-year-old appear before Margate magistrates on Thursday.
She will next appear at Maidstone Crown Court on March 12.

It comes after a 20-year-old woman was stabbed in Granville Road, Broadstairs, on January 19.
The woman was airlifted to a London hospital in a serious condition, but her condition has now improved.
