A 16 year old girl from Gillingham has been arrested and charged with Actual Bodily Harm in connection with an alleged assault on another girl.

The 17 year old victim was assaulted on Monday, August 17 2008 at a fun fair at the Strand, Gillingham.

The 16 year old who cannot be named will appear at Medway Youth Court on Tuesday.
