Theft from children's respite centre in Minster

Preston Skreens in Minster Road, Minster

Thieves have broken into a children's respite centre and stolen equipment.

A TV, Xbox and Xbox controller were taken from Swale Special Needs Nursery at Preston Skreens in Minster Road, Minster, yesterday.

The theft was reported to police at 7.09am and it is thought the offender had been on the site just before.

A Kent Police spokesman said there were no signs of forced entry.

There have been no arrests, but police are investigating the break-in and seeing if there is any CCTV footage.
