THREE men were seriously injured in a car crash in Meopham last night.

Two fire engines and three ambulances were called to Meopham Green at 7.10pm, where a car had overturned in Wrotham Road.

Firefighters freed the trapped driver. One of the passengers managed to crawl out of the car The casualties were taken to Darent Valley Hospital.

A brigade spokesman said: "All three had assorted injuries to their faces, arms, backs and legs."
