Time is running out at The Point

Weston Homes has achieved excellent sales success at its popular riverside development, The Point, Maidstone.

The stylish new-build homes are of an innovative architectural design, in a prime location in Kent and are available at extremely attractive prices, providing luxury riverside living at Maidstone prices.

The remaining apartments are in the final phase of the development and include 41 one and two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartments. Situated on the River Medway and within easy reach of the centre of Maidstone, The Point appeals to first-time buyers, families and downsizers alike.

The six-storey building mimics the shape of a ship's bow, providing a selection of homes with a triangular floor plan.

Weston Homes chairman Bob Weston says: "The attention to detail and high specification of each apartment combined with the excellent location, meant that apartments sold quickly."

The apartments feature an open plan living/dining and kitchen area, creating spacious rooms with an airy feel. All the apartments have balconies.

Kitchens have integrated stainless steel ovens, ceramic hob and extractor, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Contemporary bathrooms have white wall-hung sanitaryware, finished with contemporary chrome fittings. Recessed downlighters throughout the apartments add a modern, sophisticated twist to lighting.

Prices for the two-bedroom apartments range from £155,000 to £210,000.
