Train bosses have revealed a range of changes to timetables for services across Kent.

As of Sunday, May 20, changes to train times will affect the entire Southeastern network.

This includes mainline services between Kent and London, as well as shorter-distance Metro routes and high speed trains from the Kent coast.

The new timetables will mean more journeys will be available at more stations, according to transport chiefs.

They are also asking passengers to check their service before they travel.

Southeastern train services director Ellie Burrows said: "We'll be doubling the capacity on some morning peak high speed services, and we've worked closely with Govia Thameslink Railway to integrate their new Thameslink services into the timetable.

"Thameslink trains will replace our services on some routes, and we'll replace Thameslink services on others.

"I would encourage our passengers not to get caught out, and check how their journey will change."

Some of the big changes include new Thameslink connections every few minutes at London Bridge, linking Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras.

There are also new direct Thameslink services and new journeys at 15 stations on the north Kent line, including through south east London.

As well as that, additional direct Thameslink services are being brought in to replace some Southeastern services at three stations in the Orpington area.

Also, another five stations will see Thameslink services withdrawn and replaced by Southeastern services between Beckenham Junction and West Dulwich.

How do the timetable changes affect stations where you stop? Read the guide below.

• Deptford, Greenwich, Maze Hill and Westcombe Park will see six trains per hour all day and four on Sundays with a choice of destinations. There will also be more direct train services to more central London stations, four trains per hour to Cannon Street, with two on Sundays, two Thameslink trains per hour to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras and Luton Airport. Change at London Bridge for connections to Waterloo East and Charing Cross.
• Abbey Wood, Charlton, Plumstead, Slade Green and Woolwich Arsenal stations will have eight trains per hour all day and six on Sundays, direct services to more central London stations, four trains per hour to Cannon Street, with two on Sundays, two trains per hour to Charing Cross, two Thameslink trains per hour to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras and Luton Airport. Change at London Bridge for connections to Waterloo East and Charing Cross.
• Dartford station will see fastest journey time to Charing Cross change from 46 minutes to 38, direct train services to more destinations, two trains per hour run by Thameslink to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras and Luton Airport and at peak times there will still be direct trains to Cannon Street. Off-Peak, change at London Bridge for connections to and from Cannon Street.
• Gravesend and Greenhithe stations will see eight trains per hour off-peak instead of 6, including 2tph highspeed to/from St Pancras, faster off-peak journey times to Charing Cross, direct train services to more destinations and direct services to Victoria and Denmark Hill (for King’s College Hospital). There will also be two trains per hour run by Thameslink to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras and Luton Airport. Also, at peak times there will still be direct trains to Cannon Street. Off-Peak, change at London Bridge for connections to and from Cannon Street.
• Chatham, Gillingham, Rainham and Rochester stations will see two trains per hour run by Thameslink to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras and Luton Airport, more direct peak trains to Denmark Hill (for King’s College Hospital) and at peak times there will still be direct trains to Cannon Street. Off-Peak, change at London Bridge for connections to and from Cannon Street, Waterloo East and Charing Cross.
• Higham and Strood stations are going to have two trains per hour run by Thameslink to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras and Luton Airport and at peak times there will still be direct trains to Cannon Street. Off-peak, change at London Bridge for connections to and from Cannon Street, Waterloo East and Charing Cross.
• Beckenham Junction, Kent House, Penge East, Sydenham Hill and West Dulwich stations are going to have more trains to and from London Blackfriars, with five to London in the morning and five returning in the evening. Some longer distance trains will stop additionally. All services provided by Southeastern. Thameslink trains no longer serve these stations.
• Bickley, Orpington and Petts Wood stations will have direct services to more central London stations, two Thameslink trains per hour all day to Blackfriars, Farringdon and St Pancras and two trains per hour to Victoria - change at Bromley South for additional connections to and from Victoria.
• Northfleet, Stone Crossing and Swanscombe stations will see four trains per hour off-peak instead of two, faster off-peak journey times to Charing Cross, direct train services to more destinations as well as two trains per hour run by Thameslink to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras and Luton Airport and at peak times there will still be direct trains to Cannon Street. Off-Peak, change at London Bridge for connections to and from Cannon Street.
• Barnehurst, Bexleyheath, Eltham, Falconwood, Welling and Kidbrook stations will see direct off-peak services to Greenhithe (for Bluewater) and Gravesend. Change at London Bridge for new Thameslink connections to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras and Luton Airport.
• Bexley, Crayford, New Eltham and Sidcup stations are going to have six trains per hour off-peak with four to Cannon Street and two to Charing Cross. Change at London Bridge for new Thameslink connections to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras and Luton Airport.
• Belvedere, Erith and Woolwich Dockyard are going to still have six trains per hour to London, with four on Sundays, but revised times, new off-peak direct service to Waterloo East and Charing Cross, two trains per hour with four trains per hour, to Cannon Street. Change at London Bridge new Thameslink connections to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras and Luton Airport.
• Albany Park, Lee and Mottingham are still going to have four trains per hour to London, two to Cannon Street and two to Charing Cross, but revised times. Change at London Bridge new Thameslink connections to Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon, St Pancras and Luton Airport.
• Ashford International has announced changes to highspeed services to provide extra carriages where they are needed the most and the 0744 and 0816 services doubled in length from six to 12 carriages, adding 698 extra peak-time seats to St Pancras.
• Ebbsfleet International has announced changes to highspeed services to provide extra carriages where they are needed the most and the 0836 service doubled in length from six to 12 carriages, adding 349 extra peak-time seats to St Pancras.
