Tragic schoolboy to be honoured by his heroes

Hayden Waller, 12, died on a school ski trip

CHELSEA FC are to pay tribute to Hayden Waller, the sports-mad youngster who died on a school skiing trip to Austria.

The 12-year old Blues fan is set to be honoured by his Stamford Bridge heroes at their next home game, a Champions League fixture against Greek side Olympiakos.

Hayden’s parents returned home from Austria on Monday and visited The Howard School, in Rainham, to read the hundreds of floral tributes left by classmates, staff and well-wishers.

Pupils held a black tie assembly in his memory.
